Außerdem ist Wolle von Natur aus sicher und fördert nicht das Wachstum von Bakterien. Perfekt für zeitlose Strickmode, unsere Wolle ist einfach zu stricken, dicker als der Durchschnitt (200 g) und es gibt eine breite und schöne Farbpalette, die auf dich wartet. DE ordering was not easy.

I used to buy from UK but decided to create a new account on the german webpage, since I live in hamburg. Everything seemed normal until DHL didn't deliver claiming the address was wrong. I filled out the form on the page for help, then i was bombarded with tons of automatic generated messages, none of which put me at ease. The actual service contact was attentive and correct, but the second attempt with a packstation address was supposedly also sent and returned - I recieved no shipping notification. The third attempt to get my package finally worked - although they were once again trying to post it without the postnummer...which was always part of the address. Unbelievably sad warehouse service. the automated emails are so trashy, i thought the page was hacked. I don't get it. Yarn is still fun to work with, service was good - ordering turned out to be untrustworthy.

My First order

The wool is beautiful, my 15mm needles are adorable and I love your packaging.
Only issue was with the shipment, After your confirmation of it leaving you 6 days went by with Poste Italiane saying that the shipment was still not "trackable".. Then they wrote saying I would receive in another 6 days but after 2 I had it. It was a bit confusing.
